How to Book Accommodation

Simply search for your chosen destination and accommodation. You can book accommodation on our website, associate partners or other portals where we have our properties advertised, or by contacting us directly, to make a booking directly with our reservation staff, please follow the instructions below.

Select your preferred accommodation choice and submit a request to us by email, stating when you wish to book the property and the dates you require. Please remember to mention the property reference number you are interested in booking.

Once in receipt of your request CHB will advise total cost of accommodation, we will forward payment details to you and if you wish to continue with the booking complete the form and send back to our Reservations Team. You will then receive confirmation and booking details. To make a booking you will be asked to submit personal information, about yourself such as your name, email address, telephone number and credit card details.

To confirm a booking, you must be authorised to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking.

Accommodation

Accommodation is based upon the maximum number stipulated in the brochure for each type of apartment and is priced per property per week. It is very important we have names and ages of all members in the party and that they appear on the completed booking form. We reserve the right in the event of an accommodation being over occupied without our consent, to terminate your agreement with Cyprus Holiday Beds.

An inventory check on each apartment is completed and a security deposit will be required on arrival, this amount will be refunded to you at the end of your stay subject to a satisfactory inventory check. If any items are found missing then please report these to Cyprus Holiday Beds who will provide a replacement. If any damage occurs to the property then Cyprus Holiday Beds reserve the right to retain the deposit and in the event of serious damage make further charges. Please note all our accommodation is furnished to a high standard, but may vary from unit to unit and from photographs or images shown in the brochure or on this web site.

Air Conditioning/Heating

All of our apartments and Villas have air conditioning and heating.

Flights

We do not arrange flights as part of our holiday services. You can use the Sky scanner facilities on our web site, or you can contact your local travel agent who will be pleased to arrange the flights for you.

Night Flights

Travelling on a night flight normally means an arrival at your accommodation in the early morning. Your accommodation is booked from midday on the day of departure from the UK. Therefore this will constitute your first night and check out of your accommodation is at midday prior to your departure. Board arrangements facilities cease to be available upon the 11.00am check-out time.

Health and Safety

Your personal safety and also of your belongings should be of great importance to you. As in the UK, should you be involved in an incident of any description to enable you to make an insurance claim, you will require a Police report.

Infants and Cots

When hiring a cot or high chair Cyprus Holiday Beds strongly advise you to check all such items to your own satisfaction. Whilst we do our utmost to adhere strict safety standards it has to be appreciated that such items may not be constructed to the standard as the British Safety Council. Please advise us at the time of booking as to whether you require a cot or high chair for your infant. Cots and High Chairs cannot be guaranteed especially at busy times.

Passport and Visas

A full British passport is required and must be valid for after returning from your holiday. We advise you to take a photocopy of the page in your passport which bears your photograph and personal details. This will make it a lot easier to get travel documents from the British Consulate in the event of you losing your passport. Special Requests

Cyprus Holiday Beds will endeavour to assist with special requests wherever possible such as, pool views etc, special requests will be forwarded to our staff in resort. However special requests cannot be guaranteed. Where the special request involves a charge then if pre-booked this will be paid for and represent an additional item on your invoice.

Transfers

We are pleased to offer the facility of booking your resort transfers on your behalf, we have professional agents to undertake these on our behalf, and transfers will either be by private car or mini bus dependent on numbers.

Travel Insurance

Cyprus Holiday Beds does not provide Travel Insurance you may book it through our web site. If you are the victim of an incident and you are not adequately covered, medical and legal costs could run into thousands of pounds. Due to recent travel regulation changes we will require the name of the company and policy number that you are insured with. Provision of these details will also help us to assist you quickly should the need arise.
